e-signature, built for agents

The e-signature layer
for AI agents.

Usign gives your AI agent one MCP connection to draft, send, and track legally binding contracts, and to trigger whatever comes next. Drafts never send themselves. You stay in control of the moment that matters.

No card. No seats. The first 100 are yours for life.

the shift

E-signature was built for someone clicking buttons. Your agent does not click.

Every signing tool assumes a human in a browser, uploading a file, dragging fields, hitting send. That model breaks the moment you put an agent in the loop. Usign was designed the other way around. The agent is the operator, and the human approves the moments that count.

use cases

One agent. One connection. Your whole contract workflow.

Because Usign speaks MCP, the agent that already runs your stack can run your contracts too. No integration project. No glue code. Just describe the workflow.

A deal closes in your CRM. Your agent drafts the right contract, sends it, and pings the account owner. The signer gets a clean signing link. You did nothing.

onboarding

The moment a contract is fully signed, Usign fires a webhook. Your agent files the sealed PDF and spins up onboarding. Signing becomes the start of the next workflow, not the end of one.

bulk

Send one. Or send three hundred.

Usign creates up to 300 contracts in a single instruction. Your agent maps a list to a template, previews the batch, and sends. Pre-signing applies your signature automatically, so a 300-creator campaign is one instruction, not three hundred clicks.

Approve a list. Your agent drafts every contract, previews them, and sends in one instruction. You are not signing 240 documents by hand.

safe by design

Agents propose. You dispatch.

The single most important design decision in Usign: creating a contract and sending it are two different actions. Your agent can draft and preview all day. Sending is always its own deliberate step.

Drafts never auto-send.

Creating a contract produces a draft, full stop. No email goes out until an explicit send. An agent cannot skip this.

Every send is auditable.

Each contract carries an append-only audit log: created, viewed, signed, with IP, timestamp, and document hash. The log is baked into the final PDF as legal evidence.

Void with a reason, anytime.

Made a mistake? Voiding is a first-class action and always records why. Nothing is silently undone.

real legal infrastructure

Agentic on the surface. Court-ready underneath.

Usign is not a lightweight signing widget. Every signed document is a PAdES-compliant PDF with a cryptographic signature, a SHA-256 content hash, and a complete audit log appended inside it. A court can verify the document without ever touching our servers.

Connect Usign to your agent in minutes.

Usign ships a full MCP server, a Stripe-style REST API, and HMAC-signed webhooks. Connect it to Claude or any MCP-capable agent and start sending. Or call the API directly. Either way, the same primitives: workspaces, templates, merge fields, contracts, signers.

MCP-native.
Drop-in connection. Your agent gets tools to list templates, create drafts, preview, send, track, and void.
REST API.
Versioned endpoints for contracts, templates, the field registry, and webhooks. Idempotency keys built in.
Webhooks that chain.
Every lifecycle event fires a signed webhook with your own external_reference, so you can stitch Usign into anything.
